Caramelicious Rice Pudding
Serves: 4 - 6
Ingredients:

65cl of milk

Vanilla extract
-
130g of rice
-
Coconut powder
Caramel: 3 tablespoons of Caramelicious Salted caramel or any flavour
Methods:
- Cook the rice in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Drain the water and put the rice back into the saucepan.
- Add in the milk, vanilla extract, coconut powder and caramel.
- Bring to boil for 5 minutes while mixing, let it cook on low heat for 25 minutes.
- Wait for the rice to cool down before putting into glasses.
